Ensures the team is fully prepared for client meetings and that work is organized for optimum efficiency and quality output.
- Training & Performance Management: Develops team capabilities through ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring. Implements fair performance evaluation practices and establishes clear career paths so that each team member understands their growth opportunities and is evaluated against transparent criteria. Maintains up-to-date process documentation and ensures strict adherence to new processes and Embraer's design standards across all projects. This includes enforcing compliance with any updated corporate guidelines or quality standards related to interior design and configuration.
- Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement: Monitors and reviews all design deliverables – from renderings and color boards to configuration data entries – for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Embraer's brand standards. Works to minimize post-delivery modifications or costs (keeping Post-Delivery Agreement (PDA) issues near zero) by catching errors early. Champions continuous improvement by integrating customer feedback and industry best practices, with the goal of maximizing client satisfaction (maintaining top WOW customer experience scores) and driving efficient, error-free project execution.
