Accounts Payable Coordinator needed in our Cypress Creek office As the Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will maintain, organize and post payable records in 3E, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve statement discrepancies. You'll also ensure accurate and timely payments in accordance with firm standard procedures. Your Accounts Payable Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, code & pay Client Cost Invoices
  • Research and answer inquiries from vendors and employees
  • Scan, File & Mail checks to the vendors
  • Statement Reconciliation
  • Special Projects including assisting in Firm annual Audit
  • Handle Annual filings for Unclaimed Property
  • Review & post Expense Reimbursement
  • 1099 Adjustments/Corrections
  • Create & File W-9's for new vendors
  • Produce ACH Vendor Files
  • Reconciliation of Online Filing Accounts
