Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service skills, ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
  • Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service while taking drink orders.
  • Operate the POS systems accurately for order processing and payment handling.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy periods.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.

Skills

  • Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $5.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
