A fast-paced environment providing the ultimate sports dining experience with WINGS, BEER, SPORTS The Kitchen Manager provides leadership and assistance to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community- connected. The Bar Manager will exercise knowledge of restaurant operations, manage staff resources, provide counsel, develop and coach team members and help to build sales and profits while maintaining operating standards.If you have a passion for great beer and cocktails, we are looking for youJob Summary:The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a bar's operations, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring cleanliness, tracking sales, upholding customer service standards, and managing the bar's budget to deliver a profitable and positive experience for guests; they act as the leader of the bar team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations.Key responsibilities of a bar manager:• Staff Management:o Hiring, training, and supervising bartenders and bar staffo Scheduling staff shifts and assigning taskso Performance evaluations and coaching employeeso Addressing staff concerns and maintaining a positive work environment• Inventory Control:o Managing liquor, beer, wine, and beverage inventoryo Ordering stock and maintaining proper par levelso Performing regular inventory checks and identifying discrepancieso Cost analysis and managing beverage costs• Guest Service:o Ensuring excellent customer service standards at the baro Resolving customer complaints and addressing issues promptlyo Building rapport with regular customers and promoting repeat business• Financial Management:o Tracking bar sales and revenueo Monitoring expenses and adhering to budget constraintso Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities• Operational Management:o Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at the baro Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and regulationso Overseeing bar maintenance and equipment repairso Planning and executing special events at the bar• Marketing and Promotions:o Implement marketing strategies to promote the baro Implementing new beverages and seasonal cocktailsRequired Skills for a Bar Manager:• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong leadership and team management abilities• Knowledge of mixology and beverage trends• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines• Understanding of liquor laws and regulations• Financial literacy and budgeting skillsWork schedule Weekend availability Day shift Night shift Holidays Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid training
