We are looking to hire hospitality professionals for our existing restaurant in Carmel as well as our new fine dining concept in Westfield opening in January. We are currently looking to fill the following roles: FOH- server, bartender, host/hostess, barback, busser, food runner/ expo. We are also looking for experienced BOH staff: grill cook, hot line, dessert/ salad station.

-Upscale, high volume experience is required for the server, bartender, food runner/ expo, grill, and hot line positions.

-Previous experience is preferred for the host, busser, and dessert/salad position.

You are welcome to walk in to fill out an application at Savor in Carmel any day between 3pm-5pm.

Overview

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our fine dining team. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, showcasing your skills in a refined setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Take and process orders accurately while offering menu recommendations and wine pairings.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in training new staff members on service standards and procedures.
  • Uphold the restaurant's standards of quality, presentation, and service at all times.

Experience

  • Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is a plus.
