About The Job
The
Sr Store Facilities Programs Analyst II
focuses on collecting, analyzing, and presenting data related to Repairs and Maintenance (R&M) to identify trends and potential issues affecting operational efficiency. Some of the key responsibilities include data extraction, KPI development and monitoring, trend analysis, and administrative oversight of Service Channel CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). This is a remote role and reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Facilities Programs.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities

  • Provides detailed reporting on facilities budgets, including forecasting, expense tracking, micro-level cost analysis, and historical lookbacks to support financial alignment.
  • Analyze maintenance data, including repair costs, downtime, and asset performance—to uncover trends and identify opportunities for further cost reduction and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, supporting business partners with their Quarterly Business Reviews by providing supplier performance comparisons, identifying improvement opportunities, and highlighting successful initiatives to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards to support Facilities Operations with real-time data analysis, including daily and weekly business forecasts, spend allocation, and performance tracking to ensure financial accountability.
  • Manage workload priorities to balance daily responsibilities, including developing and maintaining KPI dashboards and CMMS administration—while staying aligned with the finance and accounting calendar to meet critical financial milestones, forecasts, and accrual timelines in support of overall business objectives.
  • Partner with program coordinator providing updates to preventive maintenance schedules in Service Channel ensuring timely completion to improve equipment uptime.
  • Develop variance reports to track adherence and support workflow efficiencies, supplier coordination, and service priorities.
  • Process regulatory permits via Coupa and manage utility rebates with third-party providers as needed.
  • Additional projects, tasks and reporting as needed.

What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience working with a CMMS System (i.e. Service Channel, Corrigo, FM Pilot, etc.) or in an analytical role.
  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced data analytics tools and methodologies to evaluate operational trends, identify risks, and propose innovative solutions to improve facilities performance.
  • Candidate should preferably be experienced in data visualization software, such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.
  • Advanced Excel skills required, proficient with Microsoft Office product suite.
  • Analytical skills coupled with an ability to interpret data, communicate findings, and propose recommendations.
  • Effective at evaluating situations and developing process improvement plans.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business acumen: retail or commercial property management experience required.
  • Consistently demonstrated ability to stay organized and perform effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, working independently and confidently navigating ambiguity.
  • Aptitude to influence colleagues, peers, and cross-functional teams throughout the organization.

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • 40 hours per week regularly, must be flexible to accommodate multiple time zones.
  • This is a remote position

The starting salary for this position is $120,000-$130,000 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
