Automotive Warranty Administrator- Holler Classic Family of Dealerships

The Holler - Classic Family of Dealerships, operates on a one price concept where managers and associates embrace our negotiation free sales environment and a philosophy that the customer comes first.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Ensure all dealerships & warranty administrators follow each manufacturer�s policy & procedure guidelines
  • Ensure all dealerships follow each extended warranty companies� policy & procedure guidelines
  • Perform random dealership audits of repair orders
  • Ensure company expectations of warranty receivables values are attained
  • Assists with any clerical needs as directed by the fixed operations manager or the warranty administration manager
  • Maintain a professional appearance and an orderly work area
  • Perform other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 7+ years experienced preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Task driven
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work comfortably with the public
  • Valid driver�s license with acceptable driving record
  • Pass background screening requirement
  • Reliable transportation
