The position requires an individual with a knowledge of the fixed operations portion of an automotive dealership and must have strong customer service, employee engagement, and automotive service skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Train and refine daily process to achieve superior hours and $ per RO, ELR, etc.
- Work in & on the service drive with service advisors & customers of Holler Hyundai
- Maintain world class CSI
- Maintain high employee satisfaction
- Maintain high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks
- Hire, train, motivate service advisors, technicians, and staff; manage employee relations
- Administer monthly operating budget to attain sales, gross and net income targets for the service department.
- Maintain and utilize reporting systems required by service manager and the manufacturer.
- Stay abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect repair operations, such as State rules and regulations, hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
- Hold weekly service advisor meetings to review progress discuss issues maintain high morale.
- Handle customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
- Administers warranty claims, reviews warranty policy adjustments, understands and applies warranty guidelines, ensures correct processing of claims, and communicates warranty information to customers.
- Stay abreast of competitive market pricing; develop dealership service pricing plan recommendations for General Management.
- Serves as liaison with factory representatives
- Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
