Moxie Pest Control in Salt Lake City, Utah is looking for an adaptable, coachable, fast learner who can assist our Office Experts in giving our internal and external customers fantastic service This role will handle inbound/outbound calls for our customers, where they provide accurate, clear, and concise information to our customers, resulting in better expectations and understanding of the work, leading to higher customer satisfaction and retention. Your #1 job will be to provide exceptional customer service..

Our office has a very upbeat, FUN environment. We have frequent office games with fun prizes (gift cards, games, and incentive lunches). In addition to this we also offer a soda/coffee bar, and monthly gym memberships. We are growing fast and would like for YOU to be the leading voice of Moxie.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and setting appointments for customers in two different branches
  • Identify, research, and resolve customer issues
  • Inbound and outbound calls
  • Ensure Customer Service levels are met or exceeded
  • Ability to HELP customers whether satisfied or dissatisfied
