Job Description: Vortex Racing is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a genuine interest in the motorsports industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, orders, and services.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences.

Issue Resolution:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve product or order-related issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied.

Order Management:

  • Accurately process and track customer orders.
  • Communicate order status updates and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with the warehouse and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay up-to-date with Vortex Racing's product offerings and industry trends.
  • Participate in training sessions and product demonstrations to enhance product knowledge.
  • Educate customers on Vortex Racing products' features, benefits, and proper use.

Events and Trade Shows:

  • Represent Vortex Racing at various racing events and trade shows.
  • Engage with customers and industry professionals to promote Vortex Racing products.
  • Network with potential clients and partners, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Enjoy the excitement of attending racing events and immersing in motorsports.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the motorsports or automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Mandatory experience and passion for motorcycles, preferably off-road motorcycles.
  • Background in off-road motorcycle experience will be given preference.
