We're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with Sales Experience to be the voice of our brand—helping clients book their luxury transportation, providing seamless support, and fueling company growth through new business development.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the First Impression: Handle calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Create Memorable Experiences: Assist clients with reservations, pricing, and service details.
  • Solve & Support: Resolve concerns quickly, always ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Drive Growth: Identify new business opportunities, nurture relationships, and close deals.
  • Shine in Sales: Meet (and exceed) monthly sales goals through outbound calls, meetings, and presentations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven customer service and sales experience (hospitality, luxury, or transportation a big plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with sharp attention to detail.
  • Confidence in outbound sales efforts, from cold calls to in-person meetings.
  • Comfort using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm.
