We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic planning and effective relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, along with expertise in CRM softwares. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and the owner to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with business goals.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and close deals.
- Oversee project management initiatives related to new business ventures, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a strong emphasis on sales and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated skills in strategic planning, negotiation, project management, and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
