Job Overview

Duties

  • Insurance verification
  • Creations of charts
  • Observation of clients
  • Completion of daily documentation
  • Creating and maintaining relationship with community partners
  • Implement crisis management plans and protocols to address potential emergencies.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities within the organization.
  • Lead crisis response teams during incidents, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
  • Utilize project engineering skills to design and execute crisis response initiatives.
  • Manage data collection efforts to analyze the effectiveness of crisis management strategies.
  • Facilitate process mapping sessions to streamline crisis response workflows.
  • Oversee project implementation related to crisis management, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
  • Provide training and support for team members on crisis response protocols.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of systems related to crisis management and organizational operations.
  • Proficiency in process mapping techniques for effective workflow design.
  • Experience in project engineering, including planning, execution, and evaluation of projects.

Qualifications

  • Active QMHP certification is a MUST
  • Project management experience with a focus on crisis management
  • Proficiency in project scheduling, negotiation, and risk management
  • Strong leadership skills with a background in team management
  • Experience in data collection, process mapping, and project implementation

Office Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 9a to 5p

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
  • QMHP Certification (Required)
