Job Summary:

The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the Treasury Department by handling administrative tasks such as closing client files, coordinating settlement check pickups, and obtaining client reviews. This position requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File Closures: Work with the Treasury Team to ensure client files are properly closed, including verifying all necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy.
  • Client Scheduling: Contact clients to schedule appointments for them to pick up their settlement checks and provide clear instructions as needed.
  • Client Reviews: Reach out to client's post-settlement to collect feedback and reviews about their experience with the firm.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by handling client inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the disbursement process.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Treasury Team with general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and preparing necessary documentation.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within a law firm or financial environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to maintain a positive relationship with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Spanish
