We are seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist to help us expand our client base for in-home care and grow student enrollment in our CNA training program.

Position Summary

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to attract new home care clients and prospective students. This role combines creative communication with data-driven decision-making to strengthen Nu Leif Logistics' brand presence and increase community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition (In-Home Care Division):

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns targeting seniors, families, and healthcare referral partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, social workers, and community organizations to generate referrals.
  • Create compelling outreach materials (flyers, brochures, digital ads) that highlight Nu Leif Logistics' in-home care services.
  • Manage social media and digital advertising campaigns to raise awareness of care options and client success stories.

2. Student Recruitment (CNA Training Program):

  • Design and execute digital and community marketing strategies to attract prospective students.
  • Partner with local schools, workforce development centers, and community groups to promote training opportunities.
  • Develop engaging online content (videos, testimonials, blogs) that highlight student outcomes and career paths.
  • Track and report on marketing metrics such as inquiries, applications, and enrollment conversions.

3. Branding & Outreach:

  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Coordinate community events, job fairs, and informational sessions to promote both the home care services and CNA program.
  • Manage website updates and SEO efforts to improve online visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and client/student needs.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, education, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or CRM systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience marketing for a home care agency or vocational school.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare marketing regulations.
  • Community outreach or partnership-building experience.
  • Knowledge of local healthcare and education markets.
