ABPG is growing again and has an opening for a customer service and digital operations specialist. The person in this position is to provide an amazing welcome and unparalleled service to every inbound telephone call and to anyone who walks into our building.

This person provides support to subscribers when they inquire by telephone or email, helps readers of our website regain access their online accounts and helps renew subscriptions and update account information, as well as coordinate publication press run specifics with various printers and contractors.

Additionally, this person checks proposals/contracts for accuracy and coordinates production charge reports as well as in-house marketing materials, banner ads, sponsored content and e-blasts
