This exempt position is under the general direction of the Client Solutions Manager. The Client Solutions Specialist manages, retains and grows existing client relationships through exemplary customer service, solutions stack knowledge and excellent communications skills. This is a Safety-Sensitive position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Account Management

This position manages and builds relationships with the decision-makers at assigned customer accounts thereby boosting satisfaction and ensuring customer retention. This position understands customers' businessgoals, showcasing the benefits of our services and assisting with product needs. This position owns the renewal process and its outcome by discussing contract terms and educating customers on available products and services within our product stack. This position acts as liaison between the customer and our internal product solutions team to document customer requests, orders and follow-ups. Furthermore, this position generates referrals through customer networks and relationship building.

Technical Assets & Security Reviews

This position conducts regular technical account reviews to ensure customer systems are optimized and functioning efficiently, then identifies areas for improvement and provides actionable recommendations. Additionally, this position reviews comprehensive security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks then recommends security strategies to enhance customer security posture.

Marketing, Education & Recordkeeping

This position works cross-functionally with the Marketing Team to attain account growth goals through the creation and delivery of basic customer education. This position participates in team campaigns and follows up with targeted customers to reach goals. Accordingly, this position must maintain in-depth knowledge of all company service offerings. This position may travel onsite to customer offices for account reviewsand to observe processes. This position must keep accurate records of all customer information and communication in internal CRM systems as well as customer favorites and notes to help tailor customer outreach. Furthermore, this position is responsible for entering all time and expenses into the CRM as they occur. 

KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Equivalent work experience also accepted
  • Training or experience in customer service
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts successfully
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
  • Proven experience in technical account management, preferably within an MSP environment
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security protocols, and asset management
  • Technical certifications and/or technical training in personal computing, project management, and/or information technology is highly desirable 

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to transport self to various facility sites as required. If using own motor vehicle, must possess a valid state driver's license and proof of insurance that meets the minimum standards of the state.
