We are seeking an individual with multiple skills able to do multiple maintenance tasks; this person should be reliable and dependable and take pride in their work. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

- Confident Technicians and General Handymen with general knowledge of construction and maintenance tasks. We are seeking professionals with multiple skillsets to fill multiple areas of demand: Drywall, framing, minor electric, and minor plumbing. "Jack-of-all-trades" encouraged to apply

- ENTRY LEVEL TECHNICIANS with basic knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow.

- SELF STARTERS who can WORK ON A TEAM and THINK ON THEIR FEET

- The ability to TAKE DIRECTION, be PROUD OF A JOB WELL DONE and DELIVER

GREAT WORK ON A DEADLINE.

REQUIREMENTS:

- All technicians are expected to have their own tools and a reliable work vehicle - preferably a truck or van. (entry-level positions flexible regarding tools - assistance available if approved)

-Technicians will also need to carry current general liability insurance and have a registered business trade name through the Colorado Secretary of State.

- Techs must possess common sense, attention to detail and the ability to follow directions
