Eminent Auto Hail Repair (ER Dent Doctors) is one of the fastest-growing PDR companies in North Texas. We provide a white-glove hail repair experience — from free inspections to handling the insurance process, arranging rentals, and delivering 5-star repairs backed by a lifetime warranty.

We're expanding our field sales team and looking for motivated, coachable, high-energy reps who want to build a long-term career in the PDR industry and earn $100k+ with the right effort.

What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day)

  • Canvass neighborhoods hit by hail storms and engage with vehicle owners
  • Book damage inspections, document vehicles using our software, and explain the repair process
  • Guide customers through the insurance claim process step-by-step
  • Build relationships with customers, HOAs, dealerships, apartment managers, and business partners
  • Manage your own pipeline: inspections, authorizations, follow-ups, and delivery communication
  • Represent the Eminent brand with professionalism, accuracy, and integrity
  • Use your phone/tablet to capture photos, add notes, upload documents, and track jobs

Preferred (not required):

  • Experience in automotive, field sales, canvassing, solar, alarms, door-to-door, or insurance
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Previous PDR or hail repair knowledge

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors and in the field daily
  • Professional appearance and a positive attitude

Compensation

  • Commission-based with weekly base opportunities
