Sr Construction Project Manager

The selected professional will be responsible for ensuring that the construction of projects is delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety, and accordingly to the terms defined in the EPC contract.

What will you do?

  • Plan, schedule, budget, and resource construction activities with precision
  • Oversee Solar PV/BESS execution, ensuring compliance with ERCOT and industry standards
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate site teams to drive collaboration and results
  • Manage EPC Contractor relationships, coordination, and contract enforcement
  • Control risks, budgets, schedules, reporting, and financial obligations
  • Guarantee quality, safety, compliance, and smooth project closeout to O&M

What do we need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy, or a related field.

  • 7 years in PV construction projects.

  • Expertise in utility-scale systems, applicable regulations, and experience with vendor management.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure in field settings with flexible hours.

  • Flexibility to travel to various project sites.
