Were looking for a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Representative who are motivated, customer-focused, and ready to grow in a high-support, high-reward environment.
- Warm, inbound leads provided, Both walk ins and calls.. Insurance office is located in a care dealership so there is more opportunity to write business than you're going to get in any other agency.
- Base + uncapped commissions + bonus opportunities

Salary Range: $48, $100,000.00 per year

Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (Required)
- Previous experience in P&C insurance sales preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Results-driven mindset with strong follow-up abilities
- Comfortable with technology (CRM tools, quoting platforms, virtual meetings)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Spanish/English Bilingual preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and convert pre-qualified leads into policyholders
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate home, auto, renters, landlord, or commercial P&C products
- Educate clients on coverage options, policy terms, and claim processes
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales and retention goals
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and agency systems
- Stay compliant with licensing requirements and up-to-date on product knowledge
