Who are we: Modern Roofing is a roofing contractor that is family owned and operated with locations in Greenville SC, Columbia SC, Charleston SC, Myrtle Beach SC, Atlanta GA, Augusta GA, Charlotte NC, Raleigh NC, Greensboro NC, and now Nashville TN (this application is for Nashville TN) With 15+ years of experience we have streamlined and mastered the entire roofing storm damage restoration process, making it very easy for our representatives to learn and master. Our main mission is to help and inform as many homeowners as possible about the storm damage roof replacement process.

Compensation Plans:

  • TRAINING PAY
  • This is a salary + commission position, or a full commission based career with uncapped potential.
  • $40,000/ year + commission for the salary position
  • Commission position is a % of total sales + bonus for each new customer
  • Our sales reps average between 60k- 200k a year with the commission plan having the highest earning potential.
  • Daily bonuses + Monthly Bonuses

Candidate: We go door to door and help educate and assist property owners through the storm damage insurance process. You must be self-motivated, honest, and committed to helping people. You will be responsible for meeting and educating homeowners about this process, meeting with the homeowner multiple times throughout the process, and always representing Modern Roofing in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Door to door canvassing
  • Climbing roofs to perform inspections
  • Educate property owners on the storm damage insurance process
  • Meet insurance adjusters on the homeowners property
  • Signing contracts
  • Manage projects from start until contract is signed
  • Be held accountable with monthly goals, and minimums.

Requirements:

  • Drivers License
  • Must have your own vehicle to work in
  • Ability to climb roofs
  • Positive attitude
  • Be able to work in a team environment
  • Time management skills

Day to Day:

  • Always have a positive attitude in the field and at the office.
  • Perform in field sales door to door, as well as in home sales.
  • Work independently in the field, prospecting and communicating with property owners
  • Educate customers on the insurance claim process, and showcase our products and services.
  • Generate inspections by networking (door to door) in what ever areas you prefer
  • Build and sustain long lasting relationships with new and existing customers
  • Manage and update internal CRM systems

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60, $250,000.00 per year
