What You'll Do: As our Director of Admissions & Marketing, you'll be the driving force behind welcoming new residents and showcasing our outstanding care services. Your days will be filled with meaningful connections, creative marketing initiatives, and ensuring a seamless admissions process.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote our facility
- Building relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community partners
- Coordinating the admissions process to ensure a smooth transition for new residents
- Engaging families and residents with informative and compassionate communication
- Leading outreach efforts to enhance our presence in the community
