This role is critical for enabling communications from leadership (directly supporting 2 directors) and managing the information systems that keep the team running smoothly. Responsibilities include G Drive management and compliance, as well as collaborating with graphics and content teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Typical Day-to-Day in the role

● Maintaining the rhythm and execution of communications

● Polishing and refining content

● Regularly auditing the G Drive

● Full ownership of information systems, including implementation and continuous improvement

● Ability to connect and build relationships with the team

● Effectiveness of internal communications

● Maintaining information systems

● Consistently delivering the rhythm of business communications

● Feedback from both directors this CW will support

● Responsiveness to team needs

This role offers the opportunity to partner with everyone on the team and provides broad access to a talented and dynamic group. Candidate Requirements Must-Have Skills 1 Strong partnership with leadership; ability to serve as a right-hand person. Experience building and executing communications plans for a division or leadership team, and collaborating effectively. 2 Experience supporting large groups (50+ people) 3 Diverse communications experience, including ghostwriting and G Drive management. Flexibility and adaptability are essential. Nice-to-have Skills 1 Experience in the tech industry, particularly supporting information systems 2 Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and bring personal excitement and uniqueness to the role
