The Windows Insider Program (WIP) is a community of millions of Windows' biggest fans who get to preview Windows features. While previewing Windows, Insiders can provide feedback and engage directly with Microsoft engineers to help shape the future of Windows. We're looking for a high impact communications/product marketing professional to lead the external communications for the WIP team. This is a fast-paced, exciting role where there is always a new challenge. It's a highly visible role covering the most exciting and global operating system and AI space. Must be obsessed with outside-in view of customer partner experiences (consumer, commercial and education) with both strategic and execution marketing chops.

As a Principal Communications Manager for WIP will be responsible for developing and executing the regular cadence of positioning, messaging, and blog/social content to WIP customers. You'll also play a key role in the disclosure, flighting and launch of new features, experiences and versions of Windows 11. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, PR, marketing, legal and customer service, to drive product adoption and engagement growth.
