Then do we have the job for you As a Program Coordinator, you will teach, train, and assist our group home supervisors to be better leaders. You will get to provide support and guidance to Indviduals with Developmental Disabilities as well as getting to train others to assist these individuals in developing and maintaining appropriate living skills and cooperative interaction.

You Will:

  • Train and mentor supervisors in all job duties including but not limited to: management of client finances; service document review, approval, and retention; oversight of Medication Administration and Health Care Appointments; Review and approval of payroll/billing system; Scheduling needs and staff supervision/development tasks; and other duties.
  • Act as a liaison between individuals, families, staff, and outside services/agencies providing information and assistance as needed.
  • Ensure individuals' rights are established and maintained.
  • Advocate for individuals as needed.

What we need from you:

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities
  • Experience supervising employees
  • Flexibility to work any shift
  • Willingness to share on-call responsibilities with other supervisors
  • Proof of education
  • A valid driver's license with 5 or fewer points, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Are you someone who can follow routine, knowing that you may have to do the same things at the same time on most days, but are flexible enough to adjust to interruption to those said routines?
  • This position necessitates travel between Cincinnati, OH, and Xenia, OH. Are you comfortable traveling between these locations to meet the demands of your caseload?
