What We Offer:

· Hourly: $21.50 (during training period)

· After training period will go to base hourly rate + commission

· Earning potential of $50k to $75K+ annually, no cap, you earn what you put into it

· Full Time

· Must be able to work an every other Saturday rotation (Closed Sunday's) + one evening shift per week (until 8pm)

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to determine overall flooring & design needs
• Build strong client relationships & follow up with all new/existing customers
• Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided
• Review space/area measurements, calculate the amount of materials needed, create/present project proposals for client approval, collect payment from customers & perform quality project management throughout the duration of the project
• Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability
• Manage time between the showroom assisting new customers, prospecting for new business and managing existing projects
• Maintain the showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-4 years' proven work experience in Flooring, Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Interior design, Hospitality or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic computer, social media & math skills
• Proper phone etiquette & positive attitude
• Desire to grow a business & can work independently
• Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors & clients
• Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities
• Strong personal & professional judgment
• Ability to respond quickly to customers' needs & wants
• Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
• Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train)
• Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train)
• Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train)
