Our top Design Consultants earn between $152,000 and $350,000 per year through our uncapped bonus and commission structure.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct 1–3 pre-scheduled appointments daily with qualified homeowners
  • Follow Matrix's proven 10-step sales process to ensure consistent success
  • Become a basement design expert, guiding clients through tailored remodeling solutions
  • Deliver engaging, professional in-home presentations that build value and trust
  • Close deals with confidence while maintaining top-tier customer satisfaction
