The Bilingual Advocate provides direct advocacy, crisis intervention, and case management services to survivors of interpersonal violence. This full-time role includes responding to hotline calls, conducting client intakes, offering follow-up support, and connecting clients with resources and referrals. The Bilingual Advocate is responsible for maintaining and updating community resource lists, assembling informational and intake packets, and assisting walk-ins at the Counseling and Resource Center. Additional duties include supervising assigned volunteers and interns and making mandated reports to Child Protective Services when necessary. Fluency in English and Spanish required.
