We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Veterinary Receptionist to join our front desk team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and animals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for excellent client service. Experience is recommended but not required, as on-the-job training will be provided. This is an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of a veterinary healthcare team that truly cares.

  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Experience preferred, but not required.
  • Pay dependent on experience.
  • Must have passion for animals and helping clients.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

About the position:

  • Greeting clients and patients upon arrival.
  • Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.
  • Checking clients in and out.
  • Managing patient records and data entry.
  • Processing payments and invoices.
  • Communicating with clients about services, wait times, and updates.
  • Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Assisting with general office duties as needed.
  • Occasionally assisting in the treatment area with handling patients or supporting technicians and veterinarians as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.50 - $11.00 per hour
