Job Description: As a Bin Cleaning Technician at Octowash Bins, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of garbage bins for our residential and commercial clients. You will be responsible for operating our specialized cleaning equipment and following established procedures to efficiently clean and sanitize bins to the highest standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of garbage bins using company-provided equipment and cleaning agents. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure personal and environmental safety at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment, work vehicles, and work areas. Communicate effectively with customers to schedule appointments, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with our services. Keep accurate records of daily activities, including cleaning assignments, time tracking, and inventory management. Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely completion of bin cleaning tasks. Assist with additional duties and special projects as needed to support company operations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in janitorial, cleaning, or related field preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Flexibility to work occasional early mornings, evenings or weekends as needed.

Schedule:

• Two main shifts
• 4:30AM to 1:30PM
• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Some days may start as early as 4:30 AM or end as late as 8:00 PM not on the same day shifts are typically 8-10 hours, based on business needs
