The Role

You own your portfolio end-to-end:

  • First call for tenants, owners, vendors.
  • Fast fixes, clean turns, zero vacancies.
  • Inspections, leasing, AppFolio mastery.
  • Think like an owner—maximize value, minimize drama.
  • Field-first: you're out in Seattle, not behind a desk.

You Bring

  • Active WA Real Estate License (or close)
  • 1–2+ years in property management or real estate
  • Reliable car + valid license
  • Calm under pressure, clear communicator
  • Self-starter—no hand-holding required
