Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader to oversee daily operations of an 85-unit apartment community in Seattle, WA, while simultaneously driving corporate-level marketing, advertising, and social media initiatives.
This hybrid role combines traditional property management with modern digital brand-building to maximize occupancy, resident satisfaction, and portfolio visibility in the competitive Seattle market as well as other markets in the North America at a corporate level.

Location: On-site (Seattle, WA)
FLSA Status: Exempt (managerial, salaried)
Core Responsibilities
1. Property Management (60%)
- Full-cycle leasing: Show units, screen applicants (using WA-compliant screening), execute leases, achieve 98%+ occupancy.
- Resident relations: Foster positive relationships with tenants through effective customer service and conflict resolution. Handle inquiries, service requests, renewals, and conflict resolution under Washington Residential Landlord-Tenant Act (RCW
- Maintenance coordination: Schedule vendors, conduct move-in/move-out inspections (using WA 14-day inspection rule), ensure routine and preventive maintenance, and effective project management.
- Compliance & safety: Enforce building rules and regulations, lead-based paint disclosures, asbestos protocols, occupational health and safety procedures, conduct fire drills, property inspections and maintain insurance/certificates.
- Administration: Process invoices and submit to the corporate office, maintain office and property records, emails, building notices, tenant correspondence.
- Staff supervision: Supervise maintenance and cleaning staff
- Business: Develop and implement property management and marketing strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
- On-site presence: 5 days days/week; 24/7 emergency on-call. This position does not offer remote work.
2. Corporate Marketing & Digital Strategy (40%)
- Brand voice & content calendar: Create and post 15–20 pieces/month across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and continually explore new social media opportunities.
- SEO & website updates: Refresh listings on Zillow, , and corporate site.
- Reputation management: Secure 4.7+ Google rating; respond to all reviews within 24 hrs.
- Email & SMS campaigns: Design resident newsletters and vacancy blasts.
- Analytics & reporting: Collect leasing and traffic reports, deliver monthly dashboard (occupancy, lead sources, engagement) to executive team.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years multifamily property management, leasing and administration (50+ units preferred; Seattle market experience strongly preferred).
- 3+ years proven digital marketing execution
- Valid Washington State driver's license and vehicle.
- Exceptional written/verbal communication; fluent English (bilingual an asset).
- Knowledge of Seattle rental laws (e.g., First-in-Time, 30-day notice for rent increases)

- Strong negotiation skills for lease agreements and vendor contracts.
- Experience in customer relationship management to enhance tenant engagement.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry capabilities for maintaining accurate records.
- Proficient in filing systems to ensure organized documentation.
- Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with tenants and vendors.
