Job Summary

Booming construction company seeking a motivated and organized Production manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling workers and for direct communication with project managers and customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Assist with clerical tasks including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
  • Manage job operations, including approving invoices and payments.
  • Support office management by maintaining organized records and assisting with calendar management for the workers.
  • Utilize Google Suite for data entry.
  • Ensure effective communication between workers, project managers and clients to facilitate the timely completion of projects.
  • Assist in customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Experience

  • 3 years Previous Construction experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace for document creation and management.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping principles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities are essential for success in this role.
