Job Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our team supporting the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) and Power Platform solutions — integrating modern automation and AI capabilities using Microsoft Copilot to drive efficiency, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.

This role requires prior experience supporting federal or public-sector environments and the ability to obtain or hold a Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications, plug-ins, workflows, and integrations.
  • Configure entities, dashboards, and reports to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform components including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and AI Builder.
  • Integrate and extend Microsoft Copilot for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, leveraging generative AI to enhance CRM workflows, chatbots, and knowledge insights.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and data teams to automate repetitive processes and enhance user productivity using Copilot Studio and Copilot in Power Apps.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and middleware.
  • Implement and maintain role-based security, data access, and compliance controls.
  • Conduct system testing, deployment, and performance tuning.
  • Provide technical documentation and support change management and training activities.

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development and customization.
  • Expertise with C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
  • Proven experience integrating or leveraging Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder, or Azure OpenAI within Dynamics 365 or Power Apps.
  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience supporting enterprise or federal systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting HHS or other federal health agencies (e.g., NIH, FDA, CMS, CDC).
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Dynamics 365 Developer Associate.
  • Experience in FedRAMP-compliant environments and NIST/FISMA security standards.
  • Background working in Agile/Scrum teams with CI/CD processes.
