Job Summary

  • The General Office Staff supports Branch leaders by managing administrative functions and collaborating with external customers, service partners, operations personnel, and the Field Support Center.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of administrative duties, such as maintaining files and building/updating spreadsheets.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls.
  • Work closely with Office Manager and Branch Manager to ensure all objectives are accomplished and deadlines are met.
  • Analyze data and make recommendations for process improvement.
  • Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems within the team.
  • Monitor equipment files and MVR pulls to support Fleet Management programs.
  • Order office supplies and/or perform other administrative functions as needed, to be a team player in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Education And Experience

  • 2 years' experience in administrative support and customer service
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks, work independently and is a highly motivated self-starter.
  • Ability to work with confidential information.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • A team player and supportive business partner attitude
  • JDE and CM11 experience a plus
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Physical Demands/Requirements

  • Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, photocopier, and computer printer
  • The position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for the majority of the time.

Work Environment

  • This role will be based on an office environment.

Compensation Pay Range
$21-$23/hr
