Office Coordinator

Reports to: PCS Area Manager

As an Office Coordinator you would be responsible for staffing and dispatching caregivers to our valued clients. You may also find yourself filing, making copies, and answering phones. The Office Coordinator treats members and coworkers with respect and dignity and will always maintain confidentiality of all client information. The Office Coordinator should have excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, be flexible and cooperative in fulfilling obligations, comply with accepted professional standards and practices. You would ideally be a self-directed individual that is able to work with little supervision.

Office Coordinator Essential Duties

  • Answering calls, data entry, reports, and filing
  • Communicating with Mays Plus clients to schedule caregiver visits
  • Tracking unstaffed caregiver hours for region
  • Corresponding staffing needs to recruitment
  • Training and orientation of new caregivers in location
  • Company car fleet maintenance/mileage management
  • Ordering monthly office supplies

Office Coordinator Requirements

  • Successfully pass a OSBI background check and health screening
  • Must have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance
  • Authorized to work legally in the United States of America
  • Able to provide 2 valid forms of identification as listed on USCIS Form I-9
