Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Job Description

This position supports the Product Development-Customization team, providing essential administrative coordination to ensure the successful execution of projects. The role requires meeting with project leads, checking statuses, and proactively solving problems while operating independently. Responsibilities include project tracking, filing, calendar management, data entry, and reporting, all to keep the team aligned with project timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams including finance, purchasing, planning, program management, engineering, and manufacturing.
  • Manage issues, timelines, and financials to develop programs on time and within budget, supporting cost reduction initiative projects.
  • Establish, publish, and manage project metrics to ensure quality execution.
  • Track GPDS and process step progress in line with approved project timing plan objectives.
  • Lead discussions in Platform and Hardware/Software teams using Accessory PAT forum, establishing agendas, minutes, and attendees.
  • Support forums for accessory development and delivery, and provide status updates on projects.
  • Manage aspects of top-hat and platform program deliverables, including planning, program control, and build phases for owned projects.
  • Coordinate action plans to resolve project issues and ensure program deliverables are on track.
  • Develop presentations to communicate the status of deliverables, issues, and recovery plans to management.
  • Support vehicle prototype planning and builds, and coordinate accessory functional sign-offs as required.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize projects, balancing multiple responsibilities.
  • Develop business cases, including financial analytics.
  • Utilize hands-on knowledge of GPDS, FEDE, FEDEBOM, Global Integrator, CMF/CRF systems, and other relevant systems.
  • Maintain proficiency in MS Office applications, with desired proficiency in WERS and AIMS.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and interactions with internal management.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and the ability to develop strong team relationships.

Essential Skills

  • 1-2 years of project management experience and administrative support experience.
  • 1-2 years of scheduling and tracking for agendas/projects.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and Excel.
  • Proven project management abilities and strong communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Ford background, Ariba, or related programs.
  • Automotive industry experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ $28.00/hr.
