Co-Executive Director – Full-time

$75,000 – $80.000 annual salary

Western Lake Superior Habitat for Humanity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and one of twenty-four affiliates of Habitat for Humanity in Minnesota. Since 1989 Western Lake Superior Habitat for Humanity has been building and repairing homes, fostering community, and generating hope in south St. Louis, Carlton and Lake Counties using grants, community donations and volunteers. We are seeking an individual to serve as Co-Executive Director to collaborate with the other Co-Executive Director to manage the organization's programs and business operations, mortgage management, fundraising and volunteers.

The Co-Executive Directors will work in partnership with each other and the Board of Directors to provide leadership, vision, and direction for Western Lake Superior Habitat for Humanity to build and finance affordable homes in a fiscally responsible and ethically sound manner. The Co-Executive Directors represent Western Lake Superior Habitat for Humanity to the media, legislators, and other public entities. This is an in-office position.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Valid driver's license

Professional presence and ability to communicate in English

Passion for affordable housing

Experience with all aspects of managing a small organization from budgets to human resources

Preferred experience with not-for-profits, Habitat for Humanity, not-for profit organization, residential construction, fundraising and development, volunteer recruiting, training and management ,residential real estate and mortgage management.
