Business Development Associate – IT Sales

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Associate to ignite growth by cultivating meaningful relationships with both existing and prospective clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and working closely with our technical team to develop quality, customized solutions. Success in this role requires a combination of strong sales insight, exceptional communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of our target market. You must have a proactive approach to networking through strategic, consultative outreach, be able to ensure client satisfaction, maximize impact as we expand, and effectively present solutions to solve real business challenges that safeguard and enhance IT environments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to review service performance, identify areas for improvement and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of customers' business goals, objectives, and manufacturing processes to match our solutions to their needs.
  • Assemble information from other vendors and subcontractors to generate sales quotations.
  • Provide timely and professional follow-up to inquiries, creating service requests to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay sharp on our service offerings and the evolving needs of our target market.
  • Proactively seek, develop, and win new business to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.

Skills And Qualifications:

  • 1 year of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the technology or managed services industry.
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for regular travel to client locations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to initiate, develop, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
