Commercial glazing company is looking to grow our project management team This newest member to our team will work directly with our clients and field staff completing projects in accordance with the contract schedule and with quality & safety as the priority.

Role is full-time and in-person in Clearwater, FL.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing architectural and shop drawings for any possible discrepancies, putting together change orders for cost impact of those changes, keeping track of open issues or materials to be ordered in our database, etc.
  • Creating requisitions for materials accurately
  • Following up on RFI's with clients and architects
  • Assist accounting department in maintaining an accurate SOV for timely billings
  • Maintain detailed records of project related documents

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have previous project management schooling or experience; if specific to glass / glazing industry that is a plus.
  • Ideally, candidate will be familiar with YKK, Tubelite, Kawneer, Winco and/or other storefront, curtainwall, and window systems.
  • Ideally candidate is familiar with Florida Product Approvals.
  • Must be a team player, self-motivated, with strong ability to prioritize duties.
  • Candidate must be proficient in project management workflows from Contract to locking in pricing, to checking field measurements, ordering material, working with field team to coordinate labor and equipment on time for installation.

Rate will be based on experience, knowledge, and professionalism.

Vehicle when needed will be provided.

Company offers benefits after 60 days to include retirement IRA matching, and holiday pay after 90 days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67, $78,000.00 per year
