Waterline Renewal Technologies is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee inventory control, manage stock levels, and maintain accurate inventory records for our trenchless rehabilitation products and technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure that our supplies and products are available when needed to support our commitment to delivering long-lasting solutions for sewer systems and potable water pipelines, all while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Control:
  • Manage all aspects of inventory, including monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and reducing excess inventory.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation to ensure accuracy in tracking.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system, ensuring real-time updates.
  • Generate regular reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and inventory discrepancies for senior management.
  • Logistics Coordination:
  • Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery and receiving of inventory to meet project needs.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management processes and procedures, streamlining operations.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering, operations, procurement, and sales teams to forecast inventory needs based on project timelines and requirements.
  • Train and supervise inventory personnel on best practices for inventory management and safety protocols.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies related to inventory management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in inventory management or related roles, preferably within the manufacturing or construction sector.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
