Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead our plumbing service team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing projects efficiently, and maintaining strong client relationships. Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the plumbing service department, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the appropriate departments to manage project scheduling and resource allocation to meet client deadlines effectively.
  • Coordinate with technicians to understand client's needs and provide tailored plumbing solutions.
  • Utilize ServiceTitan to increase revenue and KPIs
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to schematics and blueprints.

Skills

  • Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid.
  • ServiceTitan knowledge
  • Strong understanding of construction estimating techniques and project management principles.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for plumbing projects.
  • Familiarity with contracts related to plumbing services and construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability in project coordination within a construction environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams on construction sites.
  • Knowledge of plumbing systems and relevant building codes is essential.
