This position partners with multiple Facilities management division to support the implementation of new Project management tools, while ensuring cost efficiency, operational excellence, and superior client servicesThe Senior Cost Manager to oversee Project cost manager and develop, implement and maintain cost management policies and procedures to consistency, accuracy, and fiscal responsibility across all FM InitiativesJob DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIESReview and develop construction cost budgets for feasibility Studies, Preliminary, Schematic, Design documents & Construction document budgets in support of a variety of construction projects for office renovation, Office Furniture buys, Office furniture reconfiguration, Office Moves within site and off sitesCompare budget costs to benchmark pricing information, analyze quantities and scope items as well as assist in value engineering.Compile project unit pricing and labor rates from contractors and ensure the contractors abide the rates throughout the project duration.Support Project Regent Board developmentHelp to develop Sustainment Planning in conjunction with, PDS, IFM team and Client.Help and sustain Projects ForecastingCollaborate with FM Management division to oversee major projects and technology integrationLead the creation and execution of cost management frameworks, policies and reporting toolsSupport strategic planning and budgeting efforts to ensure financial alignment across the organizationManage and Support projects through PMWeb, Adaptive Works, Spend-App (Oracle Based)Review and analyze project pipeline with Project Manager and FM Manager to assure accuracy datesOversee project cost controls pipeline data, ensuring in reporting and forecastingDeliver superior client services and communications, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCLIENT COMMUNICATION AND JLL MANAGEMENTActively support an environment of teamwork, cooperation, performance excellence and personal success Act as an interface with PMO, Engineers, MAC Team, and client's Cost ControlWeekly meeting/ bi-weekly meeting to track review cost budgets with the client Project Cost controls, and Project Manager Team, Facilities Manager and Engineering ManagersADDITIONAL DUTIESRun monthly labor report in CFS and send to Finance to complete reclass.KPI Compliance – track SWP dates (initiative, PD, contract, closeouts) Work with Finance Director to track and bill T&EWork with CBRE to issue their team POs in PMWeb; review and approve their change requests and payment apps in PMWebReview/approve all project-related POs in Oracle Spend-AppProvide sales tax exemption documents to vendors when appropriate.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in finance, Construction Management or related field REQUIRED.Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in project, and Cost Management within the Facilities or corporate environmentExperience in Construction Management or Real Estate, preferredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESAbility to regularly communicate analyzed data to clients and team to achieve project goalsStrong working knowledge of architectural & Engineering drawings, furniture, and space planning conceptsPractical drawing/test fit review will be requested at the time of interview.Highly organized with strong analytical skillsStrong abilities to be organized and provide tasks processesDemonstrated ability to support Business Development initiatives as assigned or requestedStrong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with the customer's executives, JLL executives.Ability to successfully communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, client's representatives, and team membersKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Project software (i.e., RS Means, Onscreen Center, OneDrive, SharePoint, PMWeb, Oracle JD Ewards, Adaptive Works)Estimated compensation for this position:120,000.00 – 135,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
