Job Description
The Assistant Demand Planner will support the Demand Planning Manager and the Planning team with various aspects of demand planning to enhance profitability for a department.
Key Accountabilities
- Assist with the reconciliation of buy plans to customer orders and participate in meetings with the Sourcing team to ensure all customer orders are placed.
- Assist in the development of product category goals to create seasonal buy plans that align with wholesale financial objectives.
- Support the consolidation of demand for the total wholesale channel and partner with Production to ensure receipt needs for wholesale deliveries are consistently met.
- Assist in maintaining and actualizing all levels of sales analysis.
- Maintain data entry projections for replenishment styles and assist in analyzing quarterly projections for replenishment styles.
- Update and maintain all SKU data, including costs, value-added services, and size scales by customer for replenishment.
- Assist in managing inventory through effective historical sales analysis.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
Required Skills, Abilities, And Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior internship and/or related experience in planning and analysis required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Must be a strategic thinker, persuasive, and collaborative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary Description
