Entry Level Account Manager

As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving our growth, identifying high-potential prospects, contributing to compelling pitches, managing client account sales processes, and learning how to turn curiosity into long-term client partnerships. You won't just observe the sales process — you'll be in it, gaining real leadership experience from day one. With clear goals, hands-on training, and the right tools at your fingertips, you'll build the confidence and skill set to thrive in a fast-paced, high-reward environment where your hustle gets noticed, and your wins are celebrated.
Daily Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager:
- Support the full sales cycle from engaging with new potential clients to coordinating pitches and helping close deals tailored to the client's needs
- Shadow Senior Account Managers and the Sales team to develop sales and leadership skills
- Track and manage all interactions and new accounts using the company software to ensure a smooth sales process and accurate data
- Collaborate closely with fellow Entry Level Account Managers and the Sales team to achieve independent and team sales goals
- Take on additional responsibilities while growing in the position, such as onboarding and training new hires
Key Competencies of the Entry Level Account Manager:
- Strong interest in sales, client relationships, and account management — prior experience as an Entry Level Account Manager is an asset, but not required
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and persuasive style
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and possess leadership potential
- A positive, eager attitude and a willingness to take initiative and grow in a career as an Entry Level Account Manager

Pay: $55, $65,202.27 per year
