Business Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager who is passionate about making a difference and contributing to a team-focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who values professional growth and enjoys building strong business relationships.
Key ResponsibilitiesA Day in the Life:
Prospect and generate new business to build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with customers and accounts by understanding their needs through research and proactive engagement
Maintain ongoing communication to support existing business relationships
Plan and participate in local conferences, trade shows, and association events
Additional Duties:
Schedule and conduct in-person sales visits, presentations, and meetings
Present services to local business owners, contractors, and insurance adjusters
Organize, document, and manage personal sales processes to identify obstacles and measure success
Use social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) as part of the sales strategy
Participate in local and national professional associations
Experience in insurance claims or the restoration industry is a plus
Strong written communication skills for preparing correspondence and reports
Solid presentation skills; comfortable speaking to groups
Strong time management and ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
