SYSTEMTEC is seeking a IT Compliance Analyst Professional
for an Hybri/On-Site opportunity in Columbia, SC. This role will be facilitating audits with IT auditors and supporting the IT organizations through the process. Must have 2 + years for root cause analysis within IT organizations when IT receives an audit gap.

  • Work Location: Opening Role is hybrid - Tues, Weds, and Thurs onsite (Columbia, SC)

Required Qualifications of the IT Compliance Analyst:

  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree. or 4 years of job related work experience or 2 years of job related experience plus an associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other job related degree.
  • Required Experience:
    4 years of job related technical experience.
  • Preferred Licenses and Certificates:
    CISA, NSA, CISM, CISSP
  • Preferred Work Experience:
    Experience in network security (Cisco ASA, IPS, VPN, RSA SecurID, PKI, cryptography), security controls for LAN/WANs, client server, web-based systems, and databases. Experience with configuration of security devices such as firewalls, intrusion prevention, patch deployment, and risk assessment/ vulnerability scanners.
  • 6 years of Audit and Compliance
    – does not have to have been in an auditor role

Responsibilities of the IT Compliance Analyst:

  • This role supports IT through the audit process to help IT successfully complete an audit. This role also will support remediations of audit gaps, introduction of new tools that have compliancy requirements, and serving as a knowledge expert on compliance requirements. Also, this role will serve as a backup in leading audits and will work directly with external auditors, facilitate all auditor meetings and interviews for I/S, and support I/S team members by advising them on how to speak to an auditor and provide guidance on audit evidence due to auditor.
