Technical Program Manager II

itD is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of complex programs, ensuring delivery within scope, quality, time, and budget. This role will contribute to organizational success by providing strategic oversight, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and driving operational excellence across technology and business initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in project and program management, team leadership, risk assessment, and delivering large-scale technology solutions.
Location: US- WA- Bellevue/ Hybrid ( 3 days in office)
Pay Rate: $ hourly

Lead program execution within defined scope, quality, time, and budget constraints, effectively managing moderate-probability, moderate-impact risks.
Contribute to program-level strategic planning, engage executive management, and facilitate complex issue resolution.
Oversee internal and matrixed teams, including contractors, to deliver systems and system enhancements that meet requirements.
Manage project scope definition, requirements gathering, scheduling, budgeting, status reporting, issue/risk management, and contingency planning.
Track progress across projects, follow up with stakeholders, and drive accountability.
Escalate unresolved issues or significant blockers to leadership to ensure timely resolution.
Develop and manage detailed launch plans, track defects and feedback, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure resolution.
Internal Responsibilities:
Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
2+ years of experience in project and program management; 5+ years preferred.
Expert in project estimating, scheduling, tracking, and developing comprehensive implementation plans.
Proven success leading and developing teams, including matrixed employees and contractors.
Strong risk assessment and issue resolution capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to deliver flawless execution across technology and business functions.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to quickly assimilate business processes and collaborate effectively across organizational levels.
Advanced degree (MBA or related) or PMP/PMI certification.
Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in multi-platform environments.
Strong executive communication skills.
Flexible and adaptable in managing competing priorities in dynamic environments.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related) required. MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
