Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of overall experience and at least 4+ years in Salesforce Health Cloud to support healthcare Client initiatives. The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to optimize patient care processes and integrate with CVS's healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.


• Customize Salesforce Health Cloud features including care plans, care teams, patient management, and provider data.


• Work with business and technical teams to gather and refine requirements.


• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages as needed.


• Build integrations with external healthcare systems using Salesforce APIs or tools like MuleSoft.


• Ensure HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards are met.


• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills & Experience


• 10+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Salesforce development.


• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.


• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Health Cloud data models.


• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, patient data, and compliance requirements.


• Experience with Salesforce integrations and DevOps tools (e.g., Copado).


• Salesforce Platform Developer and Health Cloud certifications preferred.
